Hello peopel on answer if you use optimum nutrition whey protein gold standard.so i recently purchased my first protein bucket after noticing absolutely no gains in strength in the past couple of months. i am not sure when to take it or how much to take. i workout at nite around 8pm to 9 or 10 pm sometimes. my plan is to take it in the morning and after my workout. but i am worried that it may cause me lose sleep. if you take whey protein before you go to bed will cause you to lose sleep b/ c some proteins hype you up and give you energy causing you to lose sleep.
