Firstly i need to know what flavor to get, my best choice would be vanilla or chocolate, plus they are the most popular ones. but i was a bit worried about getting chocolate cause apparently cocoa powder has low protein in it therefore its a bad flavor to get. is that true, if so ill get vanilla if not i might get chocolate. also i cant find the nutrition values of this powder, found one but it states that some apple flavor, out of vanilla n chocolate n banana which one would have the least amount of carbs and calories. but there prob all around the same, but any help on that would be bestbut the main question i would like to ask is, im quite fat, been doing cardio for abt 2 weeks and im going to start weight training to gain muscle. so therefore will this shake make me even fatter as it is whey, tho i will be doing weight trainingand should i take it everyday before bed and after a training sessions which are like 2 to 3 times a weekand is it ok to take it after cardio which i do it a night because i do get a soreness in my legs after cardio at times...also can i take it more often as a meal replacement because i dont get much protien in my diet so would it be ok to take it sometimes in the morning, after resistance training and at nightalso after cardio or not? 5ft 11205 pounds if that helps :)make sure its not fattening (Read answers)
